If you are a Rider you will have a Barn icon on your Ranch. Riders cannot have nor purchase Workshops for tack-making. If you are a Manufacturer you will have a Workshop Icon on your Ranch. Manufacturers cannot have nor purchase Barns for horse-training. The workshop is located on the lower left column of navigational icons on every page of the game.
