The tack levels have been changed slightly. Following are the levels:
0 - 14 : Almost broken
15 - 29 : Awful
30 - 44 : Very poor
45 - 59 : Poor
60 - 74 : Fairly poor
75 - 89 : Fair
90 - 104 : Good
105 - 119 : Very good
120 - 134 : Excellent
135 - 149 : Stunning
150 - 179 : Astonishing
180 - 209 : Magnificent
210 - 239 : Amazing
240 - 269 : Breathtaking
270 - 299 : Fantastic
300 - 329 : Heavenly
330 - 359 : Divine
360 - 389 : Godly
390 - 419 : Perfect
When tack goes past 420%, it increases one level and goes back to Astonishing.
So: 420% tack => Astonishing (II), meaning it went past perfect and increased one level. 450% = Magnificent (II) and so on
